A completed run says the package executed; it does not prove data freshness, mailbox validity, consent, delivery, or fit.

These bars describe the required sequence, not your current environment. Mark a gate complete only after verifying it locally. If a provider returns catch-all or unknown, preserve that state. If an address is inferred from a pattern, do not describe it as observed. If the package succeeds but evidence is incomplete, installation may be healthy while the research result still fails acceptance.
